John brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the InternetCrusade, both as an educator and as a licensed attorney in the states of Hawaii and California. John became a member of the Hawaii Bar in 1971 and worked as in-house counsel for two real estate developers.
His passion for real estate education began shortly thereafter when he started teaching pre-license courses for real estate sales people and brokers. In addition to conducting numerous seminars to licensees, escrow officers and attorneys, John was an adjunct professor of Real Estate Law at the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law for 10 years. He is one of the foremost writers of real estate materials including 10 books and numerous articles.
